Question: What are some things, we as sudents, could do to give animals a helping hand?

    Make sure you have the facts on what is happening, dont just believe what you see in the media or a casual Google. Make your mind up on thinsg you can back up with evidence

    Hey Lucy,

    Nice to hear you’re interested in helping animals. The suggestions that Kim, Harjeet and Brent have given are all good.

    Other things you could do include: supporting causes that you are passionate in. Is there a special animal welfare issue you care about? Purchasing ethical food where possible (maybe free range or barn laid eggs, rather than caged). Learning about animal welfare issues (by looking at evidence-based information that Kim mentioned).

    Do you have any other ideas on how you would like to help animals, or what animals you would like to help?
