No not my spilling chemicals, but when we do plant tissue culture, there are mutations called somalclonal mutations that are sometimes observed. We have produced dwarf banana plants that way.

Hi Jalan,
Not that I’m aware of. However as discussed by the other scientists you can mutate things with strong chemicals that disrupt bits of DNA that changes how they work.
